Just a personal note to say that i just took on a new job- Administrative Assistant to the Chief of gastroenterology for the Department of Veteran Affairs. There were five applicants and i came out in first place. The Head of Human Resource said that my resume was the “Superstar” of the field.
There is no doubt that your work on my resume was a critical factor in my getting the interview. Additionally, when i went to the interview , they told me that my resume was one of the best that they had ever seen. I had the opportunity to use Resume Clinic right after relocating from Hurricane Katrina. The process was far less pain staking than it would have been if I would have tackled this project alone. The service was professional, timely and took interest in secure and confidential transactions. I initially wrote my own resume, and much to my surprise, I did not receive ANY calls, interests or interviews. Gratefully, I stumbled across the Resume Clinic’s website and used their services. I removed and re-posted my resume and within 1 day I began receiving calls which eventually lead to an interview within 3 days!

The Resume Clinic is the absolute best!!!! I had my resume professionally written by another agency in the past, and I did a little better then when I had written my resume myself. I’d always done my own resume, although I didn’t need one for quite a while after being with the same employer for a few years. When a huge opportunity came available within the city government, I wanted to be sure to get it right. I’d known about The Resume Clinic already and felt it was time to get an upgrade. The result was a quick call for an interview and a position paying 40% more than my previous one. I will never write my own resume again. Mr. Mitchell did a FANTASTIC job! It was well written, organized, and it really highlighted my key proficiencies. My old resume just did not have the “WOW” factor provided by Mr. Mitchell. I was really impressed and will recommend The Resume Clinic.

I received two calls today from clients whose resumes I’d written within the past week. One is an International Tax Manager who was targeting a specific position. She received a callback and is scheduled for an interview. The other is a gentleman seeking a position in operations management. He sent out four resumes this past week and has already received three callbacks!
One never knows the TRUE value of a resume until it has been put into action. The results speak for themselves!

I’ve contacted over 6 “certified” resume professional writers where some claim to be certified and are not. Three of those resume professional writers sell themselves extremely well, with extremely high service fees from $500 up to $1500. Very tempting but extremely expensive. With those fees I’d be a high maintenance business owner but reality is that I am still waiting for some of their calls.
When I contacted The Resume Clinic, I received an immediate response. William took the time to answer all my questions via email. He ispatient, honest, and his fees are extremely reasonable. I decided to utilize his resume tune up service and cover letter writing service. Both turned to be an outstanding deliverable. I have a strong cover letter and a resume that represents me, and certainly stands out amongst other candidates. I strongly recommend The Resume Clinic services to anyone.

I was in need of updating my resume and spent a good deal of time researching and contacting various ” certified” resume writing companies. I was surprised to see how many are out there that are overpriced and undetalented.

I am totally pleased with the way my resume turned out. i was a bit skeptical at first doing this type of thing online, but went for it after several emails back and forth with William. After feeling quite comfortable spending the money, I began the process (which was quite easy). My resume came out looking excellent and have had more calls now than I had with my original version. I was writing to let you know that I finally got the job I was looking for! I had used your services a couple years ago, but needed an update after I graduated in 2008 with a Bachelors in Business Administration and was looking to move up in my career. As we all know, it is quite a difficult time now looking for a job here in the United States. I admit that I got so frustrated that I even gave up for six months. I just received my final version of my new resume created by the Resume Clinic. This document has empowered me in a way I never thought possible.I realized I needed a new resume when I asked my Daughter-in-law to reviewed my old one. Shortly, there after she told me she would have thrown it immediately into the trash. With the economic climate being so rough and the job market being so competitive, I decided to update/re-do my resume. I had a BAD experience with a local resume writer in the Los Angeles area so I broadened my search via the internet and found The Resume Clinic. I am so glad I did!
William worked with me to put together a powerful and professional resume. I also worked with him to put together an impressive cover letter, thank you letter and list of references. I had so much information on my old government application that I could not condense it and update it on my own…plus, I was not aware that there were certain number of characters for each position I held. These are facts I became aware of as Mr. Mitchell personally worked on my resume for professional government jobs. My next issue was that I feared giving my money to a stranger on the web! There were less expensive companies and other outrageously expensive companies. I went with Mr. Mitchell because he was still affordable…but mostly because he was registered with BBB. I didn’t see that with the other comapnies. Low and behold, i hit “enter” with my personal info and credit card info via PayPal. He went to work asap and responded with a draft withing a couple of days! I am so very impressed with his work! I sound like the BOMB on my resume! I feel like any agency would be crazy NOT to hire me to run thier agency! Thanks!

I was very skeptical of paying to have my resume professionally written. Outstanding service and very professional job. I was really having my doubts about using a firm I contacted through the internet and I am very glad I did. Resume Clinic has restored my faith that there are really some excellent companies out there that offer a quality product in a timely manner and deliver what they say they are going to provide. I had no idea what to expect truly. I researched a number of firms, and private people, and decided on William based upon the professionalism and timely responses I received to my questions.
He provided timeslines of when I could expect my first draft and it came as he said. I didn’t ever have to follow up and ask where it was or what was happening.
My draft was so powerful, professional and beautiful I was stunned. All I could say was “WOW.” I couldn’t find anything to change or modify. I was very pleasantly surprised. It was clear William knows what he’s doing, and understands the language of the current marketplace.

While I don’t recomend this, I came to Mr. Mitchell with a “rush job”. I needed a new resume for a Federal job with a deadline of five days.
He patiently worked with me thru some ups and downs and got me a

I didn’t really intensify my job search until January 2010 and began to receive very positive feedback on the resume that you prepared for me.
